Context
Tapmy is a monetization engine for the creator economy designed to replace traditional link-in-bio tools with a system focused on attribution, offers, and revenue clarity.
UXLab built Tapmy from the ground up. The engagement covered product definition, experience architecture, user research, launch strategy, and early monetization with a clear goal: turn creator traffic into predictable, controllable revenue.
Challenges
Creators generate large amounts of traffic, but existing tools act as leaky buckets. Users lose intent across redirects, external platforms, and poorly structured flows before any transaction occurs.
The core challenge was not demand or distribution. It was the inability to understand user intent in real time and convert that intent into monetization without adding friction or complexity.

Challenges
Intent-driven monetization architecture
UXLab approached Tapmy as a behavioral revenue system rather than a page builder.
The strategy centered on advanced user research and continuous intent mapping. We studied how creators think about monetization, how audiences behave when clicking links, and where revenue intent breaks down across the journey.
At the interface level, this translated into clear intent routing, reduced cognitive load, and visibility into what actually converts.
The experience was designed to surface monetization paths naturally, without forcing creators to guess or manually optimize.
Execution
System-level user understanding
Execution focused on embedding learning directly into the product. Tapmy was designed to observe behavior, track outcomes, and adapt monetization logic based on real usage rather than assumptions.
This allowed creators to see what worked, remove what did not, and iterate quickly. The system reduced experimentation cost while increasing confidence in monetization decisions.
Result
Predictable creator-led revenue growth
Within three months of launch, Tapmy reached its first 1,000 paying users. Revenue activation doubled following release as creators gained clarity into what converted and how to scale it.
Growth was driven by deep user understanding, reduced intent loss, and experience-led monetization logic rather than promotional incentives. The result was a scalable platform built on insight, not guesswork.
